1. Right of Return and Exchange

The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Personalized or custom items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return or Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, email us at eileensne@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
Our team will guide you through the next steps and, if necessary, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the items securely, making sure they’re in their original packaging and include all accessories and inserts that came with the product.
If a return label is provided, please use it; otherwise return to the address we provide after contacting support.
Send your product to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Processing and Refund Times

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will begin processing your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are committed to resolving the issue quickly by offering an exchange or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, you must first initiate a return and then place a new order on our site.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
